Each bespoke or reimagined design is handcrafted in Melbourne by our master jewellers and begins at:
– $4,500 for custom bespoke pieces
– $3,000 for reimagined heirloom designs

This reflects the level of craftsmanship, premium materials, and one-on-one care your piece receives.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

A simple conversation is where it begins. We start with a phone call or email to explore your ideas, timing, and the story you want to tell. Whether you’re reimagining a family piece or dreaming up something new, all we need is a sense of what matters to you.

Step 2: Discovery & Direction

This is where vision meets design. Together, we refine your style direction, talk about materials and lifestyle, and outline your ideal budget. From here, we share a realistic price guide to ensure we're aligned before moving forward.

Step 3: Design & Deposit

With your direction confirmed, we create a detailed CAD rendering of your piece. At this point, a 50% deposit secures the next steps. We then source a selection of stones—lab-grown, natural, or sentimental gems you already have—to suit your design.

Step 4: Final Approval & Crafting

Once you approve your design and select your stone, we begin the handcrafting process in Melbourne. The final 50% is due before delivery or collection. From here, it’s all in the hands of our trusted artisans.
